Making an interface for the engine could be a headache, especially if you do not have a large experience in the matter. Adding relays, connections, and terminal blocks may add additional costs. For this reason, we developed a cost-effective solution: the Be242 AMF controller. The system is made of two boards connected with a multipolar cable already assembled with 25 pole connectors. A cable length of one meter will allow you to assemble the controller in wide electric panels, The CPU control board that includes a display and push buttons must be fitted on the front door of the panel. The interface board, which includes all relays, features all removable terminal blocks that will allow you the connection of the engine, voltage, and current measurements.

GENERAL RECOMMENDATIONS
The auxiliary circuits for utility power and generator must be protected via 10Amp. (max) circuit breakers. Use a four-section circuit breaker if you want to protect the neutral line. We always recommend inserting a 16..25Amp fuse on the battery. This will avoid burning the DC cables in case of a direct short circuit of the battery plus to battery minus, or ground, on the panel side.
