The controller reads voltages and currents of the Mains & Generator via the wireless sensors. The Be242 system is the first AMF controller with multiprocessor architecture. The ancillary wireless modules shares a cloud of common resources. Each module takes from the wireless cloud all the necessary information. 

DOOR MOUNT "NO CUT-OUT" 

Make a 22mm round hole for the connector and a 4mm hole to securely fix the controller to the door. Not having a cut-out, the door plays an important role in EMC filtering. Doe not matter the power managed from the changeover switches, does not matter the ove voltages. The Be242 is separated by a 2 mm thick steel plate. The controller will continue to work in extremely noisy EMC environments.

DISPLAY INDICATIONS

AMF CONTROL PANEL FOR DG SET TELECOM PARAMETERS 

LOW BATT. START   OFF

(Range: 8-30V).The engine will start when the Battery Voltage (of the engine) drops under the LOW BATTERY setting. The engine will stop when the voltage rises above the HIGH BATTERY setting. A delay of 2 minutes prevents a false trigger of the function. Battery voltage measurement is made on supply input JI1-2-3. You are required to use a proper size of wire in order to avoid 'false' readings.

(Range: 0-60°C).The engine will start when the AUXILIARY temperature rises above the HIGH setting. The engine will stop when the AUXILIARY  temperature falls below the LOW setting. A delay of 2 minutes prevents false trigger of the function (see the OEM manual for connection details).

Telecom Battery & Room monitoring. You can set the HIGH limit of the Room  temperature (use Auxiliary temperature input, see 12.03C) and the LOW limit of the Telecom Battery Pack (8-60Vdc, input JM6) in order to inhibit the start of the Generator in case of Mains failure. Program an output with the option Telecom Room Monitoring ([71]) connected to an input  programmed with Mains Simulated option ([12]). In case of Mains Failure, the engine will not start if the temperature is low and the Battery Voltage is above the setting. You can disable one function (BATTERY or TEMPERATURE)  by choosing the option OFF.

These parameters allow you to set a warning if the Battery voltage of the TELECOM equipment is low  or high. A bypass delay of 2 minutes cancels a false trigger of the warning. The analog input dedicated to this function is  the terminal JM6 (8-60Vdc).

These parameters allow you to set a warning if ambient temperature is low or high . A bypass delay of 2 minutes is added . You can program the analog input in the AUX TEMPERATURE PAGE (section 12.03C of the OEM manual) and an output with the option [79] (Table 12.11 of the OEM manual).

Each AMF control panel for dg set includes an automatic battery charger and a set of electronic circuit boards complete with power  relays that interface directly with the engine. The Be2K Plus AMF controller is conveniently tasked with driving the Circuit breakers of the Mains & Generator. Despite the fact that the power configuration and general arrangement is the same for all AMF panels equipped with Be2k Plus, the size of the circuit breakers and wire sizes depend on the required power rating of the panel and the requirements of the application.  Ancillary devices are normally provided, example: MODBUS & CANbus serial interface, remote control, monitoring systems, Modems, Internet connection and so on. The Electric Panel body is manufactured of steel and coated with industrial grade high-performance paint providing a full IP65 grade of protection.
