The controller reads voltages and currents of the Mains & Generator via the wireless sensors.
Make a 22mm round hole for the connector and a 4mm hole to securely fix the controller to the door. Not having a cut-out, the door plays an important role in EMC filtering.
You are no longer required to connect as much as 100 terminal blocks and wires. The user will connect the generator & engine directly to the plug-&-play I/O modules.
>IP65 & -30° / +70°C OPERATING RANGE<
A silicon gasket uv-resistant guarantees an IP65 ingress protection. The controller can operate in harsh environment
SINCE 1984 AS MUCH AS 125.000 AMF CONTROLLERS RUNNING WW
Supposing a minimum of about 20 meters of cables for each generator control panel, this means at least SIX THOUSAND KILOMETERS of cable used for control, monitoring & automation. Not mentioning the 250,000 minimum hours of labor in making the panels: drawing, design, drilling, cutting-out, connections, screwing and testing.
RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT DRIVES US HIGH
We design the future of generator control monitoring. We take care to provide state-of art solutions for our valuable customers. We are the first company in the world that introduce the concept of 'NO CUT-OUT' and the concept of wire reduction in making panels. Be242 is the first controller that will allow you to make advanced state-of art Automatic Mains Failure Panels. Bernini Design like doing difficult hings. Join us today.
In this example the most simple single phase AMF controller. door lock Emergency switch. CUT-OUT about 190x93 (mm). Also required, for this controller, four M4 holes to hold the controller in place.
>THE NO CUT-OUT CONCEPT<
By installing the controller on the door front you are required to cut out an area of the panel to insert the controller. The controller contains all printed circuit boards and connections to the entire system. An high performance AMF controller needs as much as 50 meters of cables and as many as 100 connections to the terminal blocks of the controller and to terminal block of the panel. We introduced a new concept: multiprocessor architecture. A microcontroller for the inputs, another one of the measurements, another one of the outputs, etc. The system is made of intelligent boards that shares a cloud of common software resources. You do no longer need to connect the Oil pressure switch to the panel and then to the controller! You connect the sensor to the panel. That's it! The point of connection is an 'intelligent one' and communicates directly wireless with the AMF controller. We extended this principle to all connections.
In this example a tri-phase AMF controller Be242. door lock Emergency switch. NO CUT-OUT, only one diam. 22(mm) hole for the IP65 connector and two fixing screws .
Front Panel Mount Wireless Be242 AMF Master Controller
This controller maintains the functionality of the Be142 AMF controller. The parameters are exactly the same, the input/output configuration is the same as well. Migrating to Be242 from Be142 is it straightforward and extremely simple. The user will not notice any difference in using a standard Be142 controller and a Wireless Be242 controller. This is accomplished by using 16 bit multi-processor architecture that provides redundant operation and more security at the same time. By using your mobile closer to the controller you will tremendously expand the automation of the panel.
Rail Mount wireless Voltage & Current measurements converter module
You can install this module on the generator far away as much as 50 m from the AMF panel.
This powerful and flexible module is a TRUE-RMS converter that provides Vac, Aac, kW, kVA, kVAr, Pf, Frequency for the mains and generator. Measurement of Energy kWh is provided as well. The module is designed for 750Vac 3-phase mains and generator. Current measurements required the use of /5A current transformers. Maximum reading of current is 2000A that allows this module to provide up to 2,5MW power measurements. Accuracy is within 0.5%. Power consumption of this module is about 1W. Overall dimensions: 110mm (Height) x 100mm (Depth) x 24mm (Width).
Rail Mount Wireless Static & Relay Outputs driver module
You can install it on the generator, far away as much as 50 meters from the AMF panel.
You can connect to this rail mount module all devices that will allow the engine to start and stop: start solenoid, stop solenoid, pre-glow relay and so on. The outputs are short circuit proof and overload protected by a 4Amp dc fuse. You can configure by software 4 outputs by choosing a wide range of available options. You can adapt the your panel to any automation environment. The connections are made via removable plugs. The Be242 can run troubleshooting software that helps you is setting up the module on-site. Overall dimensions: 110mm (Height) x 100mm (Depth) x 24mm (Width). You can install the module in the generator far away as much as 50 meters from the AMF panel.
Rail Mount Wireless Digital & Analog Inputs converter & signal conditioner module
You can install the module in the generator far away as much as 50 meters from the AMF panel.
You can connect to this rail mount module all engine sensors, remote control switches, oil pressure switch, engine temperature switch, fuel level sensor or software configurable general purpose inputs. For each analog input you can configure, by software, a six-point response curve. You can virtually use any kind or resistance-dependent sensor The module features over voltage protection on all inputs. Connections are made via removable plugs. The Be242 can run troubleshooting software that helps you is setting up the module on-site. Overall dimensions: 110mm (Height) x 100mm (Depth) x 24mm (Width).
