Generator monitoring device
Bernini Design provides a generator monitoring device made of hardware and software tools that manages the Diesel Generator at a Base Transceiver Station location. Generator monitoring refers to the monitoring of a Power Generation Site (so called PGS) for power, security, and environmental issues that might affect the service. Bernini Design provides communication equipment located within the site. A typical PGS is a cellular site (antenna tower repeater for mobile phone network) The purpose of Bernini Design's Generator Monitoring Device (GMD) is to reduce the operating costs for maintenance. As a matter of fact, when an outage does occur, service personnel can be dispatched with valuable information regarding what problems they may encounter on the PGS. On the other hands the Generator Monitoring Device plays an important role in preventing and reducing network outages caused by power. You can setup warnings or you can modify the setting of the generator automation parameters in order to avoid severe damage to the entire system. The Be2K Plus, for example, can monitor all the parameter of the generator including the AC grid power to the site, rectifiers & batteries, air conditioner, and finally other hybrid power types. Bernini Design offers a variety of equipment to manage power at your remote Power Generation Site.
