>THE NO CUT-OUT CONCEPT<
By installing the controller on the door front you are required to cut out an area of the panel to insert the controller. The controller contains all printed circuit boards and connections to the entire system. An high performance AMF controller needs as much as 50 meters of cables and as many as 100 connections to the terminal blocks of the controller and to terminal block of the panel. We introduced a new concept: multiprocessor architecture. A microcontroller for the inputs, another one of the measurements, another one of the outputs, etc. The system is made of intelligent boards that shares a cloud of common software resources. You do no longer need to connect the Oil pressure switch to the panel and then to the controller! You connect the sensor to the panel. That's it! The point of connection is an 'intelligent one' and communicates directly wireless with the AMF controller. We extended this principle to all connections.

Front Panel Mount Wireless Be242 Cloud AMF Master Controller Multiprocessor Architecture
This controller maintains the functionality of the Be142 AMF controller. The parameters are exactly the same, the input/output configuration is the same as well. Migrating to Be242 from Be142 is it straightforward and extremely simple. The user will not notice any difference in using a standard Be142 controller and a Wireless Be242 controller. This is accomplished by using 16 bit multi-processor architecture that provides redundant operation and more security at the same time.

This powerful and flexible module is a TRUE-RMS converter that provides Vac, Aac, kW, kVA, kVAr, Pf, Frequency for the mains and generator. Measurement of Energy kWh is provided as well. The module is designed for 750Vac 3-phase mains and generator. Current measurements required the use of /5A current transformers. Maximum reading of current is 2000A that allows this module to provide up to 2,5MW power measurements. Accuracy is within 0.5%. Power consumption of this module is about 1W.
