How to replace a Be23 Genset Controller

OPTION 1
You can send us the controller for service. We can collect the controller via courier if your address is within the EU community. If you are not part of the EU you must send the controller to BERNINI DESIGN SRL via San Romano 26A- 46035 OSTIGLIA ITALY. The service will include the front panel replacement with a Be46 front panel. The original Be23 front panel is no longer available. The service will normally take 2 weeks,

OPTION 2
You can replace your BE23 genset controller with the equivalent up-grade, brand-new, BE46. The Be46 genset controller is fully 100% compatible with the Be23. Even though the Be46 is pin-to-pin compatible, you must replace the orange female plugs of 4-pole, 6-pole and 8-pole with the green connectors supplied with the Be46. You can keep the old orange connectors for Vac and Aac measurements (6-pole and 2-pole with 5mm pitch). These orange connectors fit perfectly into green male Be46 receptacles. Our advice is to replace these orange connectors as well.

OPTION 3
You can replace the Be23 with the Be24 controller. The controller is electrically compatible with Be23. You must re-wire all connections. In using Be24 you can not benefit from the analogue measurements of oil pressure, engine temperature and Fuel Level. The Be24 offers the basic protection of the engine via digital inputs (e.g. pressure switch, temperature switch and fuel level switch). The job may require one hour of work. OPTION 4
You can replace the Be24 controller with the Be124 controller. In this case, you upgrade your generator to an industrial level. You will benefit from extraordinary additional performances. The job may require one hour of work. We can support you by mail or by telephone free of charge.
